01Acceptance of Terms of Use

These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between Rojak 99 ("platform", "we", "us") and you ("player", "user", "member") with respect to your use of the Rojak 99 online gambling platform, accessible via our website and mobile application. This document constitutes a binding agreement and takes full effect from the date you register an account or first use the platform, whichever is earlier.

The rojak 99 platform is open only to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements. rojak 99 reserves the right to request relevant proof to verify any of the conditions below at any time:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Rojak 99 takes the protection of minors seriously — any account found to be owned by an underage individual will be closed immediately and all funds returned once the verification process is complete.
• Location: You are registering and using this platform from Malaysia. Players who use a VPN or any other method to conceal their actual location are in violation of these terms, and their accounts may be closed without notice.
• Legal Capacity: You are legally competent to enter into a binding agreement, and your use of an online gambling platform is not prohibited by any laws personally applicable to you.
• Not an Employee: You are not an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of any employee or business partner of Rojak 99 involved in the operation of the platform.
• One Account: You do not have any other active Rojak 99 account, nor any account that was previously closed due to a breach of terms.

Rojak 99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a Malaysian identity card) at any time to verify a player's eligibility, particularly before processing withdrawals above a certain amount.

03Account Registration & Player Responsibilities

Each Rojak 99 player is permitted to hold one account only. Players found to have opened a second or additional account using different details — whether a different name, phone number, email address or device — will be considered in breach of these terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any remaining balance may be forfeited upon completion of an investigation.

When registering, you are responsible for providing accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Deliberately providing false or misleading information is a serious breach of these terms. If your details change after registration, you must update your account profile promptly.

• Password: You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members. Rojak 99 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.
• Account Security: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact the Rojak 99 support team immediately via live chat so that the necessary security measures can be taken.
• Accurate Information: The name registered on your rojak 99 account must match the name on the bank account or e-wallet used for financial transactions. Any mismatch may result in delays or rejected withdrawals.

04Deposits & Payment Methods

Rojak 99 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only. All transactions are processed through approved local Malaysian payment methods. We do not accept any foreign currency or payments from overseas financial institutions.

All deposits are final once confirmed. Rojak 99 is not responsible for failed deposits resulting from technical issues on the payment provider's end, insufficient funds in the source account, or any limits imposed by the player's financial institution. If your deposit is not credited within 15 minutes, please contact our support team with proof of the transaction.

05Fund Withdrawals & Related Terms

Rojak 99 aims to process all valid withdrawals in the shortest time possible. Standard processing times are 5 minutes for regular members and 3 minutes for VIP Gold members and above, subject to the chosen withdrawal method and current system load.

Withdrawal conditions that all Rojak 99 members must comply with:

• Identity Verification: For withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000 within a 24-hour period, or for the first withdrawal from a new account, Rojak 99 reserves the right to request additional identity verification, including a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad) and proof of ownership of the payment method used.
• Bonus Rollover Requirements: Funds received through bonuses or promotions may be subject to rollover requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific rollover requirements are stated in each bonus's terms. Please check the bonus section for full details.
• Recipient Account: Funds may only be withdrawn to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the rojak 99 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum amount per withdrawal request is RM 30. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Security: Rojak 99 reserves the right to temporarily suspend a withdrawal for security review purposes if unusual account activity is detected. The suspension period will not exceed 48 hours unless further investigation is required.

06Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards Programme

Rojak 99 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses for new members, reload deposit bonuses, weekly cashback, game-specific promotions, and a VIP programme. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the offer. These bonus-specific terms form part of this Terms & Conditions document in its entirety.

• Rollover / Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses require players to wager a specified amount (typically between 5× and 30× the bonus amount) before bonus-related funds can be withdrawn. The exact rollover requirement is stated in each bonus's terms.
• Validity Period: Each bonus has a set validity period. Any bonus not used within this period will expire automatically and cannot be recovered.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Unless otherwise stated, each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once is a breach of these terms.
• Rojak 99's Rights: Rojak 99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. If a bonus is cancelled after it has been credited to a player's account, only the unused portion will be reversed.

07General Game Rules

All games offered through the Rojak 99 platform — including Live Casino, slots, Roulette, jackpots, virtual sports and e-sports — are subject to the individual game rules set by the respective game providers. The specific rules for each game are displayed within the game interface, and players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before playing.

• Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits: Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are clearly displayed within the game interface. Bets exceeding the maximum limit will be automatically rejected by the system.
• Game Results: All game results are final once confirmed by the system. Winnings are automatically credited to the account balance upon confirmation. In the case of Live Casino games, video recordings serve as the definitive reference for resolving any disputes.
• Technical Disruption: In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, the outcome of any incomplete round or match will be determined based on the data successfully recorded by the system. If no usable data is available, the relevant bets will be voided and the amounts returned to the player.
• Virtual Sports & E-Sports: Virtual sports results are generated by an independently audited RNG (Random Number Generator). For e-sports, bet outcomes depend on actual match results sourced from official data providers. 08Prohibited Conduct

Rojak 99 takes platform integrity extremely seriously. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure without any refund:

• Identity Fraud: Registering with false information, using another person's identity, or submitting forged documents to Rojak 99 under any circumstances.
• Multiple Account Opening: Opening more than one account on the Rojak 99 platform to claim multiple bonuses or to circumvent restrictions imposed on another account.
• Unauthorised Software Usage: Using bots, automated scripts, assist software, or any technological tool that provides an unfair advantage over other players or against the platform.
• Bonus Abuse: Any deliberate attempt to exploit bonuses or promotions in a manner not intended by rojak 99, including placing bets on all possible outcomes within a single game to fulfil rollover requirements.
• Hacking or Attempted System Attacks: Any attempt to interfere with, attack, or manipulate the technical systems, databases, or security infrastructure of the rojak 99 platform.
• Money Laundering: Using the Rojak 99 platform for money laundering or any financial activity that violates Malaysian law.

09Account Closure & Suspension

A rojak 99 account may be closed or suspended under the following circumstances:

• At the Player's Request: You may close your Rojak 99 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Any valid remaining balance will be returned to you once all verification requirements have been met and a final review has been completed.
• On Rojak 99's Initiative: We reserve the right to close or suspend an account without prior notice if a player violates any term in this document, engages in fraudulent activity, or provides false information during registration or verification.
• Inactivity: Any account showing no login activity or transactions for 12 consecutive months will be considered inactive. Inactive accounts may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of RM 5 or closure following due notice.
• Self-Exclusion Request: Players who wish to self-exclude from the platform for responsible gambling reasons may do so through our customer support team. Self-exclusion is final for the set duration and cannot be easily reversed.

10Dispute Resolution

Rojak 99 is committed to resolving every dispute fairly and promptly. If you have a complaint or dispute relating to any aspect of our platform, please follow the procedure below:

Please include your account number, the date and time of the incident, and any relevant supporting evidence such as screenshots. We will respond within 24 hours.
• Step Two — Internal Review: If an issue cannot be resolved at the first level of support, the complaint will be escalated to Rojak 99's dispute resolution team. Internal reviews are typically completed within 3–5 business days.
• Step Three — Escalated Review: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal review, you may request a further review by rojak 99 senior management by submitting a written complaint to support@rojak99.biz with the subject line "OFFICIAL COMPLAINT". The decision at this level is final on the part of rojak 99.

All dispute-related communications must be in Bahasa Melayu or English only. Rojak 99 will not process complaints submitted in any other language.

11Rojak 99's Limitation of Liability

Rojak 99 provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding the platform's continued availability, the accuracy of its information, or its suitability for any particular purpose you may have.

• Service Disruption: rojak 99 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of technical disruptions, system maintenance, third-party cyberattacks, or network failures beyond our control.
• Game Results: Rojak 99 does not guarantee the outcome of any game or wager. All gambling carries the risk of financial loss, and players are solely responsible for their own betting decisions.
• Maximum Limit: Under no circumstances shall Rojak 99's maximum liability to any player exceed that player's net deposit amount in the 30 days preceding the liability claim.
• Indirect Losses: Rojak 99 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses, including loss of income, loss of opportunity, or emotional distress.

12Amendments to Terms & Conditions

Rojak 99 reserves the right to amend, update, or add to any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify members via:

• Via email to your registered email address (if applicable)

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you must stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.
